BPM-AI.com ("we", "our", "us") is operated by BPM Analytics LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the AI Process Readiness Assessment tool at bpm-ai.com.

Assessment Data

Your assessment responses are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit it through our contact form. We do not have access to your assessment answers or scores unless you choose to share them.

Contact Form

If you request a full report, the information you submit through our contact form (name, email, organization, role, and assessment scores) is transmitted to us via Formspree, a third-party form processing service. We use this information solely to prepare and deliver your report, schedule your strategy call, and communicate with you about your assessment results.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect behavioral data, IP addresses, or device fingerprints. The only external services loaded are Google Fonts (for typography) and Chart.js (for visualization), both served from CDN.

Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — Typography (fonts.googleapis.com). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Chart.js — Visualization library served from jsDelivr CDN. No data is transmitted.
• Formspree — Form processing for report requests only. Subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Assessment data in your browser persists until you clear it (via the "Retake Assessment" button or clearing browser data). Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of our business relationship and as needed for legal compliance.

Your Rights

You can delete your assessment data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage or clicking "Retake Assessment." To request deletion of contact form data, email us at info@bpm-research.com.
